About Seventies Berlin
We transmit music from 1968-1982, mostly original vinyl discs. We have 7,000+ 12" discs in archive. Listeners can discover music never re-relased on CD or file, and hear the music the way it was originally recorded and published, without added compression (the "loudness war"), added equalization, modified mixing, and so on. Seventies Berlin - The Vinyl Radio is powered by AndrAnt Medienproduktionen und Verlag (www.andrant.com), a commercial recording and postproduction studio based in Berlin, which provides all the professional equipments and technical know-how needed to be "on air". Music editors are music and radio producers since the early Seventies. Starting from September, 2014, 4 hours/day will be broadcasted live from our all-analog capable studio in Berlin.
